Norway is beautifull and expensive country.
I expected maybe a bit more from the scenery, but my reference point is in Alps. Also to remember is that my comment is only valid for the route which I took.
Highlights from the trip: Atlantic road (curvy bridge), camping place in Lofots and Nordkapp.
Norwegian people are really polite and everyone will speak english.
I cannot tell anything about Norwegian food, except that their hot dogs are really good :) I cooked my own food in the camping area to bring the costs down. Eating in restaurants can be really expensive (what I have heard).
Remember to obey Norwegian speedlimits, their traffic fines are really high and you need to pay them immediately (I did not get any fines :)
In northern part of Norway you need to be carefull of the lambs and raindeers on the road and tunnels.
